I look at every detail of your speaking and then I prepare a package of materials just for you.

transcripts
For each video, I make 3 transcripts:
1 transcript of exactly what you said;
1 transcript of a corrected version;
1 transcript of how a native speaker would say it
detailed analysis
I look at every detail of your speaking: grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Then I choose the 3 most important corrections. You change these and you will make SO MUCH PROGRESS.
audio file
For pronunciation, I make an audio file of the sounds you need to focus on. The audio file includes:

words to practice
sentences to practice
native speaker-style video
I re-record one of your videos, saying it exactly the way a native speaker would say it. You can watch me and repeat as many times as you want.

Grammar
This isn't school. I don't want to give you grammar lessons. My analysis identifies your top 3 grammar problems. Then I rank them in order of how much they impact your communication. (Because some grammar issues are bigger than others.)
Vocabulary
What words are you missing? Are you only using simple words? Do you have natural phrasing, filler words, and expressions?
Pronunciation
A.I. is great, but it is not great with pronunciation. You need a human ear. You don't want to talk to an A.I. You want to talk to native speakers! You need native speaker ears to listen to your pronunciation.
